All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

If there is any delay due to stock or other issues, we will notify you by email or phone.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 4-7 business days within India, depending on your location.

Remote areas may take a little longer for delivery.

We do not guarantee delivery on Sundays or national holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or for orders above a certain amount (details will be mentioned on product pages or promotions).

4. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

You can use this ID to track your package on our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Coverage

Currently, we deliver to most pin codes across India.

International shipping is not available at the moment. (You can enable this later if you expand.)

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package.

We will resolve the issue through replacement, refund, or store credit.
